Training

The AREHF Academy was designed for the purpose of improving the real estate and emerging housing finance markets in Africa through training courses, events, conferences and workshops in the sector.

AREHF Academy continues to improve expertise and skills of the sector players in the Africa region through its regional training programs and conferences.  At AREHF, we present the opportunity for networking and partnership across the region.  Our training courses consist of a blend of learning and practical experiences from investors, developers, policy makers, lawyers and multilateral agencies from the African region.

Past Training:

This training was focused on the real estate and housing finance sectors in emerging markets in Africa and at the end of the program the 5 major objectives were accomplished viz:

1. Enhancing the professional competence of individuals and participants

2. Showcasing the opportunities, risks and mitigants to foreign investors and investment banks who may want to venture into the African market

3. Improving mortgage operations and skills of housing finance practitioners in the region.

4. Improving the skills and development expertise of real estate developers in the African region

5. Giving delegates the opportunity to network and meet other housing practitioners in the African market.
